I think Walmart faces more supply chain risks and challenges in the coming few years than Amazon. Walmart has a more complex supply chain because it has a large number of physical stores that it needs to stock. Amazon is primarily an online retailer, so it does not have the same need to maintain a large inventory of products in physical stores. Additionally, Amazon has been investing heavily in its own logistics and transportation infrastructure, which gives it more control over its supply chain.

Another reason why Walmart faces more risks is because it is more dependent on China for its supplies. China is currently facing a number of economic challenges, including a slowing economy and trade tensions with the United States. This could lead to disruptions in Walmart's supply chain.

Explanation:
There are a few reasons for this. First, Walmart is a much larger company than Amazon, which means that it has more supply chain partners and more potential points of failure. Second, Walmart is more reliant on physical stores than Amazon, which means that it is more vulnerable to disruptions in the supply chain (such as natural disasters). Finally, Walmart is more likely to be impacted by changes in government regulations and trade agreements than Amazon.

That said, it is worth noting that Amazon is not immune to supply chain risks and challenges. In particular, Amazon is facing increased scrutiny from government regulators around the world, which could lead to new rules and regulations that impact its business. In short, while Walmart may face more supply chain risks and challenges than Amazon in the coming years, it is important to remember that Amazon is not immune to these risks.

Amazon has a more diversified supply chain, which includes both first-party and third-party sellers. This gives them more flexibility to respond to disruptions. Second, Amazon has invested heavily in technology and automation, which gives them a competitive advantage in terms of efficiency and cost. Finally, Amazon has a strong brand and customer base, which gives them more bargaining power with suppliers.

In contrast, Walmart has a more traditional supply chain, which is less diversified and more reliant on a small number of suppliers. This makes them more vulnerable to disruptions. Additionally, Walmart has not invested as heavily in technology and automation, which puts them at a disadvantage in terms of cost and efficiency. Finally, Walmart's brand is not as strong as Amazon's, which gives them less bargaining power with suppliers.
