Deer Argument Essay 776 Words

The bottles in the water represent a school of fish but instead they are bottles because of
how much pollution is in the waters. The deer same class conception. As we pollute the
environment, animals on land and in the ocean both suffer from human behavior. I think these
ads can cover any age group that can fully understand the problem with pollution because it
affects all ages.
The “Deer” advertisement is a magazine ad for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and it is
for public interest that is a non-profit organization. This advertisement was released in June of
2007 by Ogily and Mather agency in Romania. The location of this ad was in Romania but it is
an international advertisement because it is a world fund for saving animals. In this
advertisement it states “Rubbish can be recycled. Nature cannot”. This represents how humans
should start recycling their indecomposable waste, rather than throw it into nature where animals
live and have to suffer from many humans’ wrong choices.
The “Under the sea” advertisement was made in Switzerland for the Greenpeace brand
magazine. It was made by Lowe Zurich in Switzerland and has become in international
advertisement to many other countries in the world. This advertisement states, “The greatest
wonder of the sea is that its still alive.” This is an advertisement for ocean conservation and
helping the ocean to not get polluted. The pollution that gets into oceans are killing many sea
creatures because they can get stuck inside of a bottle or old plastic gets wrapped on them and
these animals are not capable of getting human waste off of them. This is why it is a wonder that
the sea is still alive.
This advertisement shows a deer made out of bottles and papers that can all be stuff used
to recycle standing on top of more waste. This is showing the audience that we should start
recycling or our nature and the animals in it are going to go existent. This is because whenever people do not recycle they are throwing their waste on the side of the road near trees and stud.
Which is many animals home such as deer. These animals can get caught up in plastics and items
that we as humans should be recycling so that the animals in nature have a longer lifespan. It
states in the advertisement that “Rubbish can be recycled. Nature cannot.”
Nature cannot self-destruct the objects that humans are putting into the environment.
Such as plastics and bottles and other rubbish as shown in these advertisement images. These
objects are affecting the animals that live in nature each and every day. Humans have taken over
and we are harming our own planet. If we took action and started disbursing objects properly
then we would not have a pollution problem and animals and humans would be able to live
longer.
These advertisements appeal to many people who love animals. This is because they have
seen that, civilization has brought people many advantages but its products also pollute and
damage our mother nature. One of the largest problems that it is now affecting the world is
pollution. It is a major environmental problem that is threatening the health of human beings as
well as other living animals all over the world. That is why they use these ads as a message to
address the problem, which is pollution. It gets peoples attention especially those who love
animals.
The overt goal is to sell a lifestyle without pollution. The images achieve these goals by
using an animal in nature such as a deer and a school of fish in the ocean, which are both made
out of recyclable objects. This is showing the viewers what it is doing to our environment and
makes them want to stop polluting the earth. In the image you take away that humans need to
stop polluting the environment because it affects animals of all sort on land and in the ocean.
These images are for viewers who are animal lovers and want to put an end to pollution, because it is affecting their habitat. Whenever I first encountered these images I thought that the animals
represented all of the pollution that is affecting animals and getting into the environment. Also
how we as humans need to put an end to this problem and start recycling our non-decomposable
trash. Whenever I first saw these advertisements, what really stood out to me were the items that
they used to represent what is causing pollution in nature. Also how these objects could be
recycled instead of getting into our natural wildlife and ocean.
